If you have an Android device, you can choose between Stellarium Mobile (free) and a more advanced version, called Stellarium Mobile PLUS, which is the commercial version and costs about $14. Luckily Stellarium is not only available for computers running on Windows (both 32-bit and 64-bit), but it is also available for Linux and Mac OS X (64-bit only).
For the mobile app, though, the answer is: depends. Stellarium for your desktop/laptop is free.
